Sauce Italian Kitchen & Market first opened at our Westbrook location back in the fall of 2015, resulting in the creation of an all-encompassing haven—a place where the essence of Italy's very best resides in harmony; an Italian Market, a Restaurant, and a Cafe, all under one roof.

Our Food
Our talented kitchen team works to craft each dish with passion and precision, using only the freshest ingredients sourced locally with everything prepared in-house. From the moment you step through our doors, you’ll be transported to a cozy trattoria in a Sicilian villa, where the aromas of garlic, basil, and simmering sauces fill the air. Indulge in a mouthwatering selection of handmade pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and savoury entrées that pay homage to the cherished recipes passed down from founder Jenna Bazzana’s mother, Rose.
